HOW TO FIND CASTLINGS BED AND BREAKFAST

Leave the M40 at J9 and join the A35 South towards Oxford for approximately 15 miles reaching the A4183 sliproad signed Abingdon North. Take the slip road to a T junction, turn left and follow signs to Radley & Abingdon 300 metres down Lodge Hill to a large RAB. Take the first exit into Twelve Acre Drive to a small RAB. Take third exit into Radley Road and approximately 200 metres turn first left turn into The Chestnuts and first right into The Copse to Queensberry House.

Leave the M4 at J13 and join the A35 North for approximately 17 miles to A415 Marcham Interchange signposted Dalton Barracks. Take the third exit towards Abingdon Town centre going straight over the B&Q RAB to the McDonalds RAB. Take the first exit and stay on the same road over five RABs into Twelve Acre Drive to a small RAB. Take the third exit into Radley Road and approximately 150 metres turn first left into The Chestnuts and first right into The Copse to Queensberry House.
BY COACH FROM HEATHROW, STANSTEAD AND GATWICK AIRPORT
Heathrow - Walk from arrivals to Central Bus Station (see overhead signs) at Terminal 14A catch Oxford Airport Coach to Oxford, Airport Terminal 5 go to bus terminal 11 for Oxford Airport Coach (www.oxfordbus.co.uk). Ask driver to call you and get off at Christ Church College. Just where you alight there is an Oxford Bus Co stop for No.35 and ask the driver to let you off at Peachcroft stop Abingdon. Walk in the direction of the bus travel for 30 metres and turn left into The Chestnuts and first right into The Copse to Queensberry House.
Stanstead/Luton - Walk from arrivals to bus terminus outside for bus to Oxford (www.nationalexpress.com) and ask driver to call you and get off at Christ Church College then follow instructions as from Heathrow.
Gatwick - Walk outside South Terminal lower forecourt Stand 18 or North Terminal Bay 4 for Oxford Airport Coach then follow instructions as from Heathrow.
BY TRAIN FROM LONDON
Arrive at Didcot Station then walk outside and over the opposite side of the road to catch the Oxford Bus Co No.X2 to Abingdon Stratton Way (P2 stop) then board the No.35 to Peachcroft stop (Both rides are relatively short). Cross over the road and walk back towards Abingdon Town for 30 metres and turn left into The Chestnuts, then first right into the Copse and Queensberry House.
BY TRAIN FROM OXFORD
Leave station and walk along Brewer Street past the Ice Rink and College to St Aldates Main Police Station. Immediately outside is the stop for Oxford Bus Co No.35 bus to Abingdon Peachcroft stop. Walk in the direction of bus travel 30 metres and left into The Chestnuts and right into The Copse and Queensberry House.
Note: A Taxi from Oxford Station will cost around £20.00+. The No 35 bus is about £2.60 one way.
